Detailed Itinerary:

Day 01 (10 July):       Arrive in Ulaanbaatar – city tour

On arrival in Ulaanbaatar, you will be met by our tour guide and transferred to your hotel. In the afternoon, we will enjoy a leisurely program of sightseeing around the city and a visit to the Gandan Monastery – the Buddhist center of Mongolia, Museum of Mongolian National History – the museum presents Mongolian history and culture from prehistoric times to the present day, and Sukhbaatar square. Welcome lunch at "Modern Nomads" restaurant which is one of the best restaurants in the city.  Overnight accommodations at the hotel. (L)

Day 02 (11 July):       Naadam festival, Ulaanbaatar
Today we will be attending the opening ceremony of the Festival of Naadam in Ulaanbaatar national stadium. It's Mongolia's biggest, most colorful and most important annual cultural event, focusing on three sports: horse racing, Mongolian-style wrestling, and archery. It's no coincidence that all three skills derive from the capabilities of Genghis Khan's legendary military - a force that conquered and controlled the largest empire the world has ever known. After lunch, drive to horse racing field in countryside over 30km from city. Drive back city and visit the "Bogd Khan" Winter Palace-home to Mongolia's last Khan, Damba Khutugt 8th, the war memorial "Zaisan" Hill and the Buddha's statue. Stay overnight at the hotel. (B, L)

Day 03 (12 July):       Flight to Northern Mongolia – Khuvsgul Lake
After breakfast in hotel we will go to airport, fly to Moron, center town of the Khovsgol province. (Flight time-2 hours). One of the biggest province’s in Mongolia. Drive to Khuvsgul Lake, (110km). This lake is known as the second clearest lake in Central Asia. Khuvsgul lake water is crystal clear so that you can see bottom of lake when you are sailing and this lake surround by deep forest and magnificent mountains. This area is known as the Switzerland of Mongolia. After lunch in restaurant, we will explore the Khuvsgul Lake national Park. Overnight stay tourist camp. (B, L, D)

Day 04 (13 July):       Free relaxing on Khuvsgul Lake National Park, visit Tsaatan family
Relax, visit to Tsaatan family, to explore and to learn their daily life, reindeer people customs and sacraments. Today we will walk and horse riding around lake and take photos of nature, plants and fauna. Also you can ride motor-boat around lake and fishing. Overnight stay tourist camp. (B, L, D)

Day 05 (14 July):       Fly back to UB - Chinggis Khan’s Statue Complex-Terelj National Park
After lunch in tourist camp, we will drive to airport of Мurun town and fly back to Ulaanbaatar. Arrive in Ulaanbaatar and drive to Terelj National Park. It's one of the most visited national parks in Mongolia. On the way we will see “Chinggis Khaan Statue Complex” which is over 42 meter tall statue. Farsighted Chinggis Khaan holds a golden whip in his right hand. Short drive to Terelj National Park.  Free time and relax at tourist camp in Terelj National Park. (B, L, D)

Day 06 (15 July):       Free relaxing, Explore Terelj National Park
You will explore the extraordinary formation of rocks and stones; some of them look quite similar to turtles. We will then visit a local nomad family. There we have an opportunity to experience their way of life, their culture and traditions. Play a tradition game with anklebone of sheep and goat and other traditional games with kids. If you would like you could do some horse riding as well by hiring horses from the local people (horse hire not included in price). Stay overnight at touris ger camp. (B, L, D)

Day 07 (16 July):       Back to Ulaanbaatar- half day city tour
After breakfast, we will drive back to Ulaanbaatar, transfer your hotel and some personal refreshment in the hotel. In late afternoon, we will visit Bogd Khan Palace museum. After explore the museum, we will go to shop for souvenirs and local products. 
In the evening we will attend amazing performance of Mongolian traditional music and dance.  Farewell dinner at “Broadway” chain restaurant. (B, D)

Day 08 (17 July):       Departure from Ulaanbaatar
Free at leisure until transferring to Chinggis Khaan International Airport to take departure flight. (B)
