Detailed Itinerary:

Day 01 (10 July):       Arrive in Ulaanbaatar – city tour
On arrival in Ulaanbaatar, you will be met by our tour guide and transferred to your hotel. In the afternoon, we will enjoy a leisurely program of sightseeing around the city and a visit to the Gandan Monastery – the Buddhist center of Mongolia, Museum of Mongolian National History – the museum presents Mongolian history and culture from prehistoric times to the present day, and Sukhbaatar square.
Welcome lunch at "Modern Nomads" restaurant which is one of the best restaurants in the city.  Overnight accommodations at the hotel. (L)

Day 02 (11 July):       Naadam festival, Ulaanbaatar
Today we will be attending the opening ceremony of the Festival of Naadam in Ulaanbaatar national stadium. It's Mongolia's biggest, most colorful and most important annual cultural event, focusing on three sports: horse racing, Mongolian-style wrestling, and archery. It's no coincidence that all three skills derive from the capabilities of Genghis Khan's legendary military - a force that conquered and controlled the largest empire the world has ever known. After lunch, drive to horse racing field in countryside over 30km from city. Drive back city and visit the "Bogd Khan" Winter Palace-home to Mongolia's last Khan, Damba Khutugt 8th, the war memorial "Zaisan" Hill and the Buddha's statue. Stay overnight at the hotel. (B, L)

Day 03 (12 July):       Watch horse racing (Naadam festival) – Elsen tasarkhai sand dunes
Today we will start our trip to Elsen tasarkhai sand dunes. On the way we will visit to Khogno Tarni temple. After explore, short drive to Elsen Tasarhai sand dunes and overnight in edge of sand dunes in Tourist Camp. (B, L, D)

Day 04 (13 July):       Elsen tasarkhai sand dunes - Ancient Capital Kharkhorin-Ugii Lake
After breakfast we will short drive to Kharkhorin and Erdenezuu Monastery. Kharkhorin is Mongolian ancient capital of the Great Empire Chinggis Khan, was built in early 13th century. After we will visit to the Erdenezuu monastery which is the first Buddhist Monastery in Mongolia and it was built in 1586. Here you can see interesting listen to monk chanting   Buddhist sutras. After lunch in local restaurant, we will towards to Ugii Lake.  The lake is located up 1337m from the ocean level and it is a pure water lake, which is 7.9km long, 5km wide. There are 14 kinds of fishes in Ugii Lake and there are fishery effective fishes such as taimen, pike, lenok, perch, silurus and etc. Also this lake is beautiful lake that has 144 kinds of birds. Overnight in ger camp, near the Ugii Lake. (B, L, D)

Day 05 (14 July):       Khustain nuruu Natural Reserve (Wild horse Takhi)
Relaxing breakfast, drive towards Khustain Nuruu Natural Reserve. Arrive in information center at the entrance of park and visit museum, and watch the videos about national park's flora, fauna and wild horse. We will take short drive to see for wild horse Takhi. If you are lucky, you can see fox, deer, roe deer, eagle, and more animals and birds… Lunch and stay overnight at ger camp (B, L, D)

Day 06 (15 July):       Chinggis Khan’s Statue Complex-Terelj National Park
Today we will drive towards Terelj National Park. It's one of the most visited national parks in Mongolia. On the way we will see “Chinggis Khaan Statue Complex” which is over 42 meter tall statue. Farsighted Chinggis Khaan holds a golden whip in his right hand. Short drive to Terelj National Park.  You will explore the extraordinary formation of rocks and stones; some of them look quite similar to turtles. We will then visit a local nomad family. There we have an opportunity to experience their way of life, their culture and traditions. Play a tradition game with anklebone of sheep and goat and other traditional games with kids. If you would like you could do some horse riding as well by hiring horses from the local people (horse hire not included in price). Stay overnight at touris ger camp (B, L, D)

Day 07 (16 July):       Terelj National Park-Ulaanbaatar- City tour
Today is the last day of our trip and we are take short drive to Ulaanbaatar and transferred your hotel. Relax hours at the hotel.

In late afternoon, we will visit Bogd Khan Palace museum. After explore the museum, we will go to shop for souvenirs and local products. 
In the evening we will attend amazing performance of Mongolian traditional music and dance.
  Farewell dinner at “Broadway” chain restaurant. (B, D)  

Day 08 (17 July):       Departure from Ulaanbaatar
Free at leisure until transferring to Chinggis Khaan International Airport to take departure flight. (B)
